Highly recommend Best in the West. Very professional and pleasant. They got in and did the work quickly with a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using them for future work.

I called Ivan around 4:30 pm when my A/C went from 76 to 81 and rapidly to 85. I was getting worried I would be without A/C through the night and beyond. Ivan answered back within 20 min. He came out within a few hours, well after dark. He got it up and running quickly. He is a great business man and very knowledgable. He aims to please. He stands behind his word. Awesome Customer Service!!! I am so happy and I would call him again if I need anything A/C related. Don't shop around, call him and you will have a go to A/C specialist from now on. Thank you for helping me, I cannot thank you enough Ivan.

I started the initial contact and estimate. I chose this company through the NextDoor app because they had good reviews. So far I am extremely satisfied compared to contact with other companies Ivan reached out immediately discussed repairs via messaging and then came out same day to finalize everything. I appreciate the honesty and transparency and I am extremely happy that he gave several options that would tailor more to my budget. Looking forward to continuing business with them.

Was on vacation for 2 weeks during a recent typical Vegas summer hot spell. Came back to a dead AC unit. Ivan came out to temporarily fix the unit and provide me a portable AC unit to cool my place down. 2 days later he and his crew were here to install a brand new unit in a few hours and it's working beautifully. Ivan is quick and responsive, as well as professional. Highly recommend Best In the West Air Conditioning!

I can’t thank Ivan enough! Our downstairs unit stopped blowing cold air and we submitted a request around 8:30pm and he called us immediately offering to stop by that evening. He changed the parts and explained how they work and how to maintain the unit. He was so kind and knowledgeable, and made us feel like he truly cared and wasn’t trying to upsell us on unnecessary maintenance. If you are looking for an expert you can trust and rely on in the time of need, look no further! We will continue to support Best in the West for many years to come!

Ivan came to our rescue during a heat wave! Our air conditioner needed Freon, and he responded quickly even though it was after 9:00 p.m. He got our AC cooling again fast, and we were so relieved. We really appreciated his prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to come out so late. Highly recommend Ivan for anyone needing fast, reliable HVAC service!
